Role overview
The employer is seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Property Consultant to join its real estate team in Dubai.
The role supports clients, property viewings, sales and rental transactions, and company-provided lead conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on and convert company-provided leads into successful transactions.
- Assist Arabic-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and recommend suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Assist with negotiations and the overall transaction process.
- Promote company property listings and work toward sales targets.
- Coordinate with colleagues to provide efficient client service.
Requirements
- Excellent Arabic communication skills and good English communication skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous real estate, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of or interest in Dubai's real estate market.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- UAE driving license is advantageous.
