The company is seeking a Photographer and Videographer to produce photo and video content for real estate listings and social media.
The role also involves creating, preparing, and managing property listings across major real estate portals.
Key responsibilities
- Photograph and film residential and commercial properties for property listings.
- Create videos, reels, and virtual tour content for real estate marketing.
- Edit photos and videos to professional marketing standards.
- Create, upload, and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Write and update property descriptions, titles, features, amenities, and other listing information.
- Coordinate property shoots with real estate agents and collect required information.
- Organize media files and listing materials, and travel to properties across the UAE as required.
Requirements
- Previous photographer or videographer experience is required, preferably in real estate.
- Real estate listing-management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong photography and videography skills are required.
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and video equipment is required.
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, angles, and visual storytelling is required.
- Good writing skills, accuracy, independence, and deadline management are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- The posting states full-time employment.
- Compensation is listed as AED 5,000 per month and also as AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- The role requires travel to different properties across the UAE.
