Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join its growing team.
The role focuses on Dubai real estate, particularly off-plan sales, lead generation, client relationships, and property portfolio sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties to potential buyers.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and investors.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic property investment advice.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and manage documentation and contracts related to sales transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai is required, with off-plan project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, RERA regulations, and industry trends is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A self-driven, target-oriented approach and ability to work in a competitive environment are required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is required.
- A valid UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
