- Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers
- Monitor local real estate trends and property values to provide up to date advice
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing to closing
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms
- Conduct property showings and maintain communication with potential clients
- Develop long term relationships with clients and address inquiries
- Stay current with market trends, property laws, and competitive activities
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in real estate is beneficial
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation
- Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous

Primary Purpose
- The Real Estate Consultant facilitates buying and selling of properties, generates leads, builds client relationships, and manages sales transactions.

Qualifications & Experience
