Primary Purpose

  • The Real Estate Consultant at Oia Properties plays a crucial role in facilitating the buying and selling of properties. This role is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and managing sales transactions to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals.
  • Accurately evaluate property values and offer insightful recommendations based on local market conditions.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings that attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Assist buyers in locating suitable properties, arrange showings, and lead them through the purchasing process.
  • Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers to maximize sale prices.
  • Continuously monitor local real estate trends, property values, and developments to ensure up to date advice is provided to clients.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing to the final closing.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Conduct property showings, maintain active communication with potential clients, and provide detailed property information.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Stay current with market trends, property laws, and competitive activities to offer insightful advice and guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other real estate service providers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in Real Estate is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
