About the Role
Oia Properties is looking for a Property Consultant to facilitate buying and selling of luxury residential properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, managing sales transactions, and providing expert market advice.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals
- Accurately evaluate property values and offer insightful recommendations based on local market conditions
- Prepare and present compelling property listings that attract potential buyers and investors
- Assist buyers in locating suitable properties, arrange showings, and lead them through the purchasing process
- Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers to maximize sale prices
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing to final closing
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms
- Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in Real Estate is beneficial
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus
- Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous but not mandatory
