Role Overview
MD Real Estate is hiring client-focused Property Consultants for its growing sales team in Abu Dhabi.
The role represents a portfolio of residential properties and works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and property owners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property developments, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- At least one year of real estate experience in the UAE is required.
- Real estate experience in Abu Dhabi is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are required; French or Russian are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and closing abilities are required.
- A target-driven, proactive, and motivated approach is required.
- The role requires effective work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
- The package includes a competitive salary and attractive commission structure.
