- Negotiate offers and close sales successfully
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and new project launches
Requirements
- 1–3 years of UAE real estate experience in both Off Plan and Secondary Market
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market trends
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Property Advisor with 1–3 years of UAE real estate experience in both Off Plan and Secondary Market sales.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
