About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with a strong background in real estate recruitment to join our team in Dubai. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and achieve monthly hiring targets.

- Handle end to end recruitment for real estate positions, including Property Consultants
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hires
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE real estate industry or home country recruitment experience
- Own visa/Sponsored Visa
- Strong experience in hardcore recruitment and mass hiring
- Proven experience hiring Property Consultants, Sales Professionals, and Real Estate staff
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, and social media platforms
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
