Role Overview
The company is seeking experienced Property Advisors on a 100% commission-based model.
The role offers access to premium projects, an established client network, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert sales leads into closed deals while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Show clients properties and explain their features.
- Benchmark properties against the market to support accurate pricing.
- Guide clients from first inquiry through final transaction.
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Keep property listings accurate and sale-ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least two years of proven real estate sales success in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, regulations, and processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
