Role Overview
The Development Acquisition Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, conduct market and feasibility analyses and support strategic land and property acquisitions.
Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners, prepare investment proposals and assist in negotiations for development sites.
Monitor market trends, maintain a prospect pipeline and align acquisitions with company objectives.
Collaborate with finance, legal and development teams on due diligence and transaction execution.

Role Description
The Development Acquisition Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Experience and Requirements
- At least 8 years of sales experience in Dubai with strong experience working for a real estate developer.
