Role Description
The Developer Revenue Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role drives revenue growth across the company’s developer portfolio.
The position oversees revenue strategies, pricing, and sales performance metrics for developments.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and project performance.
- Develop revenue optimization plans and prepare forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers.
- Monitor contractual obligations and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of sales experience in Dubai with strong real estate developer experience.
