Role Description

  • The Property Advisor role at Westpac Properties is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
  • In this role, the Property Advisor will guide clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or investing in real estate, from initial consultation to final transaction.
  • Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting property information, advising on market conditions and investment potential, and responding to client inquiries.
  • The Property Advisor will manage property listings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
  • The role also involves staying informed about local market trends, regulatory requirements, and financing options to provide well grounded advice.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide clear, timely information.
  • Candidates should possess Property Management skills to oversee listings, coordinate viewings, and ensure properties are presented and maintained to a professional standard.
  • Candidates should possess Investments and Finance skills to evaluate property value, discuss returns, and explain relevant financial considerations and options.
  • Relevant experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property sales in Doha or the wider region is beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, client focused environment are preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and property listing platforms, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
