Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Create and edit professional videos for social media, property showcases, events, and promotional campaigns
- Capture and edit photos and videos of properties, events, and corporate activities
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
- Utilize AI powered tools to generate and enhance graphics, videos, images, and creative content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and creative projects
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator
- Experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
- Photography and videography skills are highly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media content creation and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the real estate industry will be a strong advantage
