Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Property Maintenance Manager Operations Coordinator/Manager and Executive Assistant.

The responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance activities, managing operational processes, analyzing data to drive informed decisions, and supervising project workflows.

The role also supports administrative tasks for senior executives and ensures clear communication among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and oversee property maintenance projects.
  • Strong expertise in Operations and Operations Management to ensure efficient processes and task prioritization.
  • Effective Analytical Skills for reviewing data, troubleshooting issues, and implementing practical solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to facilitate interactions with team members, stakeholders, and executives effectively.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for daily tasks and remote collaboration is an advantage.
  • Experience in property management or maintenance coordination is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a part-time setting.
