Role Description
This is an internship role for a Plant Maintenance Manager.
The intern will be responsible for planning and implementing maintenance programs, coordinating preventive maintenance tasks, and managing repair schedules to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
The role involves monitoring and supervising maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
This is a fully remote role.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to manage maintenance teams and ensure effective task execution.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance to ensure the operational efficiency of machinery.
- Experience in maintenance management and scheduling repair activities.
- Practical knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of MEP systems and energy sector operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certification in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is preferred.
