Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Plant Maintenance Manager.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring efficient maintenance and repair activities.
The role will also involve supervising maintenance teams and implementing maintenance strategies to maintain operational efficiency and ensure safety across projects.
Effective communication with project managers and adherence to compliance standards will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure optimal efficiency and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management and planning to effectively oversee and evaluate maintenance activities.
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimizing downtime.
- Proven Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance teams effectively.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, Energy Sector operations, and bulk materials handling is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance or mechanical fields, or a degree in engineering or a related discipline, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations.
