Responsibilities
- Design, test and refine advanced prompts and AI workflows
- Build and optimise AI agents using tools such as Claude, Jarvis and similar platforms
- Translate trading and financial services requirements into practical AI solutions
- Create structured workflows for market analysis, research and trade related use cases
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency and commercial value
- Work closely with founders, traders, developers and product stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to automate complex and repetitive processes
- Support the development of internal AI tools and customer facing products
Requirements
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI workflow design or AI product development
- Strong knowledge of Claude and other leading large language models
- Experience working with AI agents, automation tools or multi step prompting frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets or trading
- Ability to understand trading terminology, workflows and market data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, early stage startup environment
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders

Role Overview
- We are working with an ambitious startup in the UAE that is looking for an AI / Prompt Engineer to help design, build and optimise AI driven workflows across its trading and financial services platform.
- This role would suit someone who combines strong prompt engineering capability with a genuine understanding of financial markets, trading strategies and how traders operate day to day.
The Role
- You will work closely with the founding and product teams to develop AI agents, prompts and automated workflows that support areas such as market research, trading analysis, decision support, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Designing, testing and refining advanced prompts and AI workflows
- Building and optimising AI agents using tools such as Claude, Jarvis and similar platforms
- Translating trading and financial services requirements into practical AI solutions
- Creating structured workflows for market analysis, research and trade related use cases
- Evaluating model outputs for accuracy, consistency and commercial value
- Working closely with founders, traders, developers and product stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to automate complex and repetitive processes
- Supporting the development of internal AI tools and customer facing products
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI workflow design or AI product development
- Strong knowledge of Claude and other leading large language models
- Experience working with AI agents, automation tools or multi step prompting frameworks
- A strong understanding of financial services, capital markets or trading
- The ability to understand trading terminology, workflows and market data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, early stage startup environment
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience within a trading firm, hedge fund, fintech, investment business or financial institution
- Knowledge of equities, FX, commodities, crypto or derivatives
- Experience integrating AI tools with APIs, databases or trading platforms
- Familiarity with Python, data analysis or quantitative research
- Experience building AI products from concept through to implementation
