Overview

  • Recrescere Group is working with a stealth beauty and cosmetics brand preparing for significant growth across global markets.
  • The business is looking to appoint a GTM Performance Marketing Director to lead its growth strategy, performance marketing engine and customer acquisition roadmap from Dubai.
  • This is a senior, hands on role for someone who has built consumer brands from the ground up, combining paid social, performance marketing, data analytics, creator led content and full funnel growth.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for building and leading the brand’s go to market and performance marketing strategy, with a focus on scalable customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • This role requires someone who is strong across paid social, data analytics and campaign reporting.
  • You will need to understand performance data, identify what is working, make decisions based on campaign results, and continuously optimise spend, creative, targeting and channel mix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full GTM and performance marketing strategy.
  • Lead customer acquisition across TikTok, Meta Ads, PPC and other paid channels.
  • Build scalable organic and paid funnels across the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage UGC, influencer and creator led growth strategies.
  • Own campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.
  • Use data to make decisions on spend, creative, audience targeting and channel strategy.
  • Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, attribution and wider commercial performance.
  • Build clear reporting dashboards and communicate performance to senior leadership.
  • Oversee campaign planning, testing, optimisation and budget allocation.
  • Identify growth opportunities across new channels, markets and audiences.
  • Build the performance marketing function, including processes, partners and team structure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling a DTC beauty, cosmetics, skincare or consumer brand.
  • Strong paid social experience across TikTok, Meta Ads and other key platforms.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capability.
  • Experience making commercial decisions based on campaign performance.
  • Extensive experience across PPC, paid social, UGC and influencer marketing.
  • Track record of building a brand from the ground up through organic and paid funnels.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, funnel performance, CAC, ROAS and LTV.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets.
  • Strategic thinker who is still comfortable being hands on with implementation.
  • Confident working in a fast paced, founder led or high growth environment.
  • Able to relocate to Dubai or already based in the region.
