Recrescere Group is hiring a GTM Performance Marketing Director for a stealth beauty/cosmetics brand in Dubai. This senior role leads growth strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition across paid social, data analytics, and creator-led content.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the full GTM and performance marketing strategy
Lead customer acquisition across TikTok, Meta Ads, PPC and other paid channels
Build scalable organic and paid funnels across the customer journey
Develop and manage UGC, influencer and creator led growth strategies
Own campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimisation
Use data to make decisions on spend, creative, audience targeting and channel strategy
Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, attribution and wider commercial performance
Build clear reporting dashboards and communicate performance to senior leadership
Oversee campaign planning, testing, optimisation and budget allocation
Identify growth opportunities across new channels, markets and audiences
Build the performance marketing function, including processes, partners and team structure

Requirements

Proven experience scaling a DTC beauty, cosmetics, skincare or consumer brand
Strong paid social experience across TikTok, Meta Ads and other key platforms
Strong data analytics and reporting capability
Experience making commercial decisions based on campaign performance
Extensive experience across PPC, paid social, UGC and influencer marketing
Track record of building a brand from the ground up through organic and paid funnels
Strong understanding of attribution, funnel performance, CAC, ROAS and LTV
Experience managing significant paid media budgets
Strategic thinker who is still comfortable being hands on with implementation
Confident working in a fast paced, founder led or high growth environment
Able to relocate to Dubai or already based in the region

Overview

Recrescere Group is working with a stealth beauty and cosmetics brand preparing for significant growth across global markets. The business is looking to appoint a GTM Performance Marketing Director to lead its growth strategy, performance marketing engine and customer acquisition roadmap from Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the full GTM and performance marketing strategy.
Lead customer acquisition across TikTok, Meta Ads, PPC and other paid channels.
Build scalable organic and paid funnels across the customer journey.
Develop and manage UGC, influencer and creator led growth strategies.
Own campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.

Circa $500,000 compensation package.
