Overview
- **Project Leadership:** Oversee the full project lifecycle for [Commercial/Residential/Retail] fit-outs.
- **Financial Management:** Manage project budgets, prepare BOQs, and handle variations and final accounts.
- **Site Supervision:** Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure daily progress meets the master schedule.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to resolve technical queries (RFIs).
- **Quality & Safety:** Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and meets "A-grade" finishing standards.
- **Procurement:** Manage the timely delivery of long-lead items and specialist materials
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
