Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales to acquire new customers for technical service offerings
- Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, kiosks, and corporate tie ups
- Explain service features, technical benefits, pricing, eligibility, and required documentation to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Collect and verify customer documents and submit service applications/orders
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for approvals and service activation
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain daily activity reports, pipeline tracking, and sales updates
Requirements
- Experience in field sales or telesales
- Ability to generate leads through cold visits, referrals, kiosks, and corporate tie ups
- Presentable and able to explain service features, technical benefits, pricing, and documentation
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Ability to collect and verify customer documents and submit service applications/orders
- Ability to coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
- Strong follow up and relationship management skills
- Compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to maintain daily activity reports, pipeline tracking, and sales updates

Job Description
