Key Responsibilities
- Acting on procurements and financing structures for power generation, water treatment and waste processing facilities across the Gulf and wider region
- Clean energy work covering solar, wind and newer fuel technologies as the region pushes through its energy transition
- Negotiating and drafting contracts for privately financed infrastructure on both new build and existing asset transactions
- Construction and procurement contract work using both standard form and bespoke engineering contracts
- Helping clients navigate the commercial, regulatory and governance angles that tend to come with large scale project delivery
