- Experience advising on complex real estate transactions in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of real estate acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and development projects
- Excellent communication and drafting skills

Job Overview
- Real Estate Associate Lawyer with c 3 5 PQE, sought to join Leading Global / Elite Law Firm in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Advising sovereign wealth funds, government entities, institutional investors, developers, investment funds, family offices and multinational corporates on many of the GCC's most significant and complex real estate transactions.
- The team advises across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including: Real estate acquisitions and disposals; Mixed use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments; Joint ventures and strategic investment structures; Real estate private equity and institutional investment
- You'll work closely with a highly regarded regional team on landmark Vision 2030 projects and cross border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
