Job Purpose
- Join Basatin Landscaping as a Project Technical Manager based in Dubai, overseeing technical aspects of construction projects within the Operations Construction department.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and supervise technical project planning, implementation, and delivery to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with cross functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee technical problem solving and decision making processes, providing expert guidance and support to project teams.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of project development.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to update senior management on project progress and risks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in project management or relevant disciplines are highly desirable.
- Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, landscape project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.

- Extensive experience in managing technical aspects of complex landscaping or construction projects.
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
