Role overview
The Project Supervisor works with Principal Investigators to support progress toward project objectives, tasks, and timelines.
The role manages full-time cleaning operatives while maintaining building aesthetics and minimizing disruption.
The position supports facilities management and cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
- Review scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and schedules for accurate costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators on project objectives, tasks, and timelines.
- Identify and respond to client and customer requirements and needs.
- Coordinate departments, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and other resources.
- Coordinate with the Divisional Management Team.
- Ensure cleaning operatives meet SLA standards.
- Train and assign work to employees.
- Ensure building health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide direction, support, and technical assistance to the community.
- Liaise with the ACM and CM to resolve problems and complaints.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform cleaning procedures in line with ISO and municipal policies.
- Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and manage or recommend disciplinary action.
