Supervise daily cleaning and soft services operations at the assigned project site.
Manage and allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
Ensure services are delivered according to the agreed Scope of Work, SLA, and KPI requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients and address operational issues, requests, and complaints.
Train, guide, and monitor employees to ensure productivity and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, safe working practices, and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors for operational requirements.
Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, equipment, and site resources.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and records.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and grooming standards.
Report major operational issues to the Contract Manager or Assistant Contract Manager.

Higher Secondary School Certificate, equivalent to 12th Standard, is mandatory.
A diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning Services, including supervisory experience in the Middle East.
A valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
