Role Overview
The Foreman will supervise and monitor daily waste management operations at assigned sites.
This includes ensuring timely and efficient execution of waste management services as per company and international standards.
The role involves planning and allocating manpower effectively to ensure smooth site operations.
The Foreman will also coordinate with the Call Centre and Operations team to resolve service-related issues promptly.
Liaise with clients regarding operational requirements, complaints and service issues, ensuring good client relationships.
Monitor the performance and productivity of waste management personnel and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
Prepare estimations and quotations as required, including obtaining three best quotations where applicable.
Report operational issues, incidents and situations requiring management attention.
Mobilize and coordinate the team during emergencies and ensure business continuity.
Maintain required operational records, reports and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Perform other duties and departmental projects assigned by management.
