The role operates across assigned facilities and escalates operational issues to the Soft Services Manager.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of soft services operatives.
Allocate duties, work areas, shifts, and manpower according to operational requirements.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate responsibilities and service standards.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniforms, and employee discipline.
Arrange replacements when required to maintain adequate manpower coverage.
Coach team members to improve productivity and service quality.

Conduct routine site inspections and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure cleaning activities follow approved schedules, method statements, and client requirements.
Monitor the correct use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and PPE.
Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
Identify service gaps and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
Maintain hygiene standards across common areas, washrooms, offices, and public areas.
