We’re seeking a Project Safety Coordinator with hands-on Transmission Powerline and Substation experience who’s ready to lead safety efforts across Texas.

Leading and reinforcing Irby’s culture of Ownership of Safety Coaching crews to identify and correct hazards in real time Integrating safety planning into daily operations — from pre-construction throughcompletion Supporting safe execution of transmission activities, including: Structure erection, wire stringing, rigging, energized line work, grounding,and heavy equipment operations and more Leading tailgate talks, site meetings, and on-the-job training Managing incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions Ensuring OSHA compliance, audits, and documentation Driving continuous improvement and proactive risk manage
