A BESS Project Manager at Irby Construction Company is responsible for assisting with overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and controls, and providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The responsibilities for this role span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management; project planning, contract administration, and cost, time, quality, and safety management while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Work locations will be from Austin and surrounding regions.

• Assist with overseeing the construction project from start to finish.
• Play a key role in project planning, managing project budgets, and identification of resources needed.
• Involved in all meetings, including but not limited to pre-construction, weekly customer, close out, and lessons learned meetings.
• Ensures that construction activities move according to schedule. Work directly with PM/Superintendent/General Foreman to establish baseline schedules.
