Project & Procurement Coordinator - HVAC Projects - Dubai

Role Overview

Procurement Responsibilities

• Source vendors for HVAC and MEP materials such as ducting, copper piping, insulation, chillers, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Prepare RFQs, cost comparisons, and purchase orders based on specifications and budgets.
• Follow up deliveries, track goods receipt notes and invoices, and prevent site delays.
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment across multiple sites.
• Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms and maintain vendor relationships.

Project Coordination Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and monitor progress with project managers and site teams.
• Maintain project documents, procurement records, delivery logs, and progress reports.
• Ensure HSE and quality compliance on site.
• Resolve procurement and scheduling issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly project reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2-4 years of HVAC procurement and project coordination experience in the UAE, including Dubai experience.
• HVAC contracting, MEP, or building services background, with HVAC contracting prioritized.
• Basic HVAC and MEP knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-project handling skills.
• Currently in Dubai and available for immediate site visits.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services is preferred.
• ERP, Odoo, or project management software experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is AED 4,000-5,000 per month plus visa and insurance.
• The role offers exposure to high-value HVAC projects and potential growth toward Procurement Engineer or Project Engineer.
