  • Act as a key interface between business users and technical development teams, facilitating workshops, tool demos, issue resolution sessions, and schedule readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, project management systems, or enterprise tool implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, including project structures, baselines, codes, scheduling options, logic, calendars, and reporting data.
  • Experience supporting complex projects, preferably in power generation, energy, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or EPC environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business process needs into tool requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, and automation logic.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Planning, Engineering, Equipment, Project Management, IT, and data/reporting teams.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to diagnose complex system, data, and process issues and drive them to closure.
