About the Role
AMAQ is hiring an experienced Project Planner / Planning Manager for premium Design & Build fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires developing and managing project programmes using Primavera P6/MS Projects, performing critical path analysis, and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 / MS Projects
- Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, look ahead schedules, and progress updates
- Perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities
- Load and maintain programmes with activities, resources, relationships, calendars, and progress updates
- Develop mitigation and acceleration plans to recover delays and maintain project milestones
- Monitor project progress against the baseline, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement, engineering, and site teams to ensure programme compliance
- Prepare planning reports, S curves, earned value analysis, productivity reports, and client programme submissions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' planning experience on premium fit out projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Projects
- Demonstrated experience in Critical Path Analysis (CPA), schedule loading, resource loading, schedule optimisation, recovery planning, mitigation planning, and programme acceleration
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement planning, and project controls
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia
- Available to join within 5 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
