About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical designs, load calculations, LUX calculations, lighting layouts, power layouts, single line diagrams, and low current systems for fitout projects
- Coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and BIM teams
- Ensure designs comply with Saudi Building Code (SBC), LEED, and Civil Defense requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in interior fit out and Design & Build projects (Offices/Retail)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Experience in preparing electrical designs, load calculations, LUX calculations, lighting layouts, power layouts, single line diagrams, low current systems
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), LEED, Civil Defense requirements, and relevant industry standards
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and BIM teams
- Positive attitude and problem solving mindset under pressure
- Must be available for immediate joining (transferable visa)

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in interior fit out and Design & Build projects (Offices/Retail).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; preferably Autodesk/Revit/Navisworks.
- Experience in preparing/producing electrical designs, load calculations, LUX calculations, lighting layouts, power layouts, single line diagrams, low current systems, etc.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), LEED, Civil Defense requirements, and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and BIM teams.
- Most importantly, a positive body language and an attitude of a problem solver, despite working under pressure.
