Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across site activities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, permits, inspections, incident reports, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, Saudi regulations, and project HSE standards
- Ensure a proactive safety culture and safe working practices in a live, controlled environment
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on all HSE matters
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' HSE experience on premium fit out projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Experience working under controlled environments like malls, Aramco, KAFD
- Proven experience on high end commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, permit to work systems, and site safety documentation
- Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) highly preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia
- Available to join within 5 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Overview
- AMAQ is hiring experienced Safety Officer to join our amazing team immediately for premium Design & Build fit out projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be operating from the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across your site activities.
