We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations team in our Toronto O ffice .

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supporting the Operations team by overseeing the planning, coordination and executions of HVAC projects from initiation through completion.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met .
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare, submit , and track submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate order entry and processing, including tracking purchase orders, sales totals, and shipment schedules.
• Arrange and monitor deliveries in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as the main point of contact with contractors to support project delivery, verify equipment details, confirm bill of sale, and communicate delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to coordinate project efforts and maintain clear, consistent communication.
