We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Service team.

Reporting to the HVAC Service Manager, you will be working with our contractors during installs, start-ups, and helping services run smoothly from day one.

Y ou’ll provide expert support in the field and over the phone, troubleshoot technical issues, and get hands-on with industry-leading products.

This role is not an on-call position - regular working hours are on-site between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

• Be the expert voice for customers on the O’Dell product lineup
• Startup and commission new systems alongside contractors, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
• Offer virtual or phone support to installers and technicians for assistance with wiring, piping, programming, and general troubleshooting
• Collaborate with our Sales team to assist with product layout and integration across a wide range of products
• Connect with our manufacturers to obtain technical information and support materials
