- As our Project Manager for Strategy Execution, you will bridge the gap between vision and results.
- Your core mission includes:
- Strategic Oversight:
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of key strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
- Performance Tracking:
- Own the KPIs.
- Youll track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure we are hitting our organizational targets.
- Executive Visibility:
- Maintain and update executive dashboards, providing leadership with real-time insights.
• Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly performance reports and dive deep into performance deviations to identify root causes.
- Action-Oriented Solutions:
- Document and drive corrective action plans to ensure projects get back on track swiftly.
