About the Role
Parsons Corporation is hiring a Project Manager for major stadium and sports venue developments in Dubai. The role involves managing project packages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project packages throughout the project lifecycle from planning through handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, specialists, and project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Review design submissions, technical deliverables, and contractor proposals.
- Manage project reporting, action tracking, risk registers, and issue resolution processes.
- Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and contractor management.
- Coordinate stadium specific facilities including spectator seating areas, hospitality suites, VIP facilities, concourses, athlete facilities, media areas, venue technology systems, and supporting infrastructure.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover requirements.
- Support stakeholder coordination and the management of approvals and authority interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Professional registration or membership of a recognized institution desirable
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in project management, design management, construction management, or project delivery
- Experience supporting the delivery of stadiums, arenas, convention centers, airports, hospitality developments, or similarly complex projects
- Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement, construction management, testing & commissioning, and handover processes
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors
- Good understanding of stadium operations, crowd circulation, hospitality facilities, venue technology systems, and event readiness requirements
- Strong planning, organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex interfaces
