Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage assigned project packages throughout the project lifecycle from planning through handover.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, specialists, and project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Review design submissions, technical deliverables, and contractor proposals.
  • Manage project reporting, action tracking, risk registers, and issue resolution processes.
  • Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and contractor management.
  • Coordinate stadium specific facilities including spectator seating areas, hospitality suites, VIP facilities, concourses, athlete facilities, media areas, venue technology systems, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover requirements.
  • Support stakeholder coordination and the management of approvals and authority interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with project management processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation measures.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
  • Professional registration or membership of a recognized institution is desirable.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in project management, design management, construction management, or project delivery.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of stadiums, arenas, convention centers, airports, hospitality developments, or similarly complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement, construction management, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
  • Good understanding of stadium operations, crowd circulation, hospitality facilities, venue technology systems, and event readiness requirements.
  • Strong planning, organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex interfaces.
