Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring clarity on project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Identify project resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project performance.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity and continuity.
• Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through transparent and effective communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Effectively manage project scope changes and evaluate their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate change requests and ensure all project changes are properly documented and communicated.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, schedules, meeting records, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project status reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
• Experience managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, or related projects will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify project risks, assess challenges, and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements, priorities, and market conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with relevant project management standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
