Role Overview
Lead project management and Scrum Master activities for complex Agile delivery environments.
Support multiple teams or a cross-functional product or value stream.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate planning events, retrospectives, workshops, complex discussions, and decision-making sessions.
- Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders and manage conflict.
- Identify systemic impediments, organizational constraints, delivery risks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Manage backlogs, product goals, sprint goals, prioritization, capacity, and value-based delivery.
- Use delivery data to identify patterns and guide improvement without creating a punitive culture.
- Work with distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
- Influence stakeholders and leadership without direct reporting authority.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery manager.
