Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 companies.

The Delivery Lead will manage multiple concurrent value streams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution and value realization.

The role focuses on Retail/CPG business problems across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, and Demand Planning and Forecasting.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Retail/CPG business leaders to understand objectives, business drivers, and key decisions.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead decision support, prioritize high-impact interventions, and identify analytics and data product opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Track delivery progress, business impact, risks, and dependencies across value streams.
  • Explore emerging AI capabilities and apply them to business problems.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing or customer analytics, product management, or related decision-oriented functions.
  • Significant Retail/CPG industry experience.
  • Strong business-first consulting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, and Forecasting.
  • Experience with end-to-end initiative delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, BI or visualization tools, and/or Python.
  • Interest or hands-on exposure to GenAI, AI agents, automation, or emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and learn new technologies.
