Experience requirements
- Overall 8+ years of experience.
- At least 2 years as a team lead in production support or ETL operations.
- Strong hands-on L2/L3 support experience.
- Proven experience in ETL production support and team management.
- Experience with automation initiatives and process optimization.
Technical expertise
- Strong SQL query writing and performance tuning.
- Unix shell scripting and system operations.
- Informatica ETL workflows, optimization, automation, and support.
- Snowflake data warehousing and query optimization.
Professional skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Role responsibilities
- Lead production support and ETL operations.
