- Experience working with government entities and project approval platforms is highly preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from planning through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project status reports, performance updates, and risk assessments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review technical documents, engineering drawings, and project deliverables when required.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience, with strong experience in infrastructure projects (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with government entities and project approval platforms is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
