- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, costs, and overall performance
- Prepare project status reports including progress updates, risks, issues, and recommendations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project risks, delays, changes, and implement corrective actions when required
- Review project contracts, claims, variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Analyze project costs, cash flow, and financial requirements in coordination with Finance
- Support project governance, procedures, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project management standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development projects
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Knowledge of contracts, claims, and change management
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills in cost, schedule, risk, and performance management

Job Summary
