Responsibilities
- Review technical and professional reports before issuance to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Review contracts, letters, and templates from a compliance perspective
- Monitor implementation of compliance, AML, and CFT policies and procedures
- Review client files to ensure CDD/KYC requirements are met
- Prepare and update compliance and governance policies, procedures, and records
- Monitor regulatory updates and analyze their impact on the company
- Coordinate with internal departments and legal advisors on regulatory matters
- Prepare periodic compliance and risk reports for management
- Follow up on internal and external audit observations and oversee remediation plans
- Organize awareness and training programs on compliance and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory audit
- Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong report writing and review skills
- High analytical skills and ability to identify regulatory risks
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in Arabic; English preferred
- Professional certifications in compliance, governance, or AML preferred
