Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from briefing to final shipping
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and installers
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Conduct regular project follow ups with all departments including carpentry, metal, acrylic, painting, printing, and logistics
- Ensure all projects meet luxury quality standards and client specifications
- Handle project costing, procurement coordination, and budget control
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external fabrication partners
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management and clients
- Coordinate site installations and ensure smooth project execution on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
Requirements
- 5 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising production, retail fit outs, signage manufacturing, exhibition & event production, or luxury fixtures & furniture manufacturing
- Proven experience managing multiple fast track production projects
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production coordination
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
- Experience with budgeting, procurement, and production scheduling
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and Spanish preferred

The Role
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple production and VM production projects from concept to shipping, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in visual merchandising production, retail fit outs, signage, custom fabrication, or exhibition manufacturing.
- This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast paced production environments and understands the expectations of luxury retail brands.
What You Will Do

What Are Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising Production, Retail Fit Outs, Signage Manufacturing, Exhibition & Event Production, or Luxury Fixtures & Furniture Manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing multiple fast track production projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production coordination.
- Experience working with luxury retail or premium international brands preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation.
- Experience with budgeting, procurement, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
