- Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and portfolio tracking activities.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and follow up on action items and decisions.
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and PMO repositories.
- Support risk, issue, and change management processes across projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and methodologies.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on project and portfolio performance data.
Requirements
- Saudi National
- 6–8 years of experience in project management and PMO operations
- Experience working within consulting firms or government entities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
