Syntax is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. This role is responsible for guiding projects from planning through closure while ensuring alignment to scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client expectations. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP delivery experience, strong consulting acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle implementations in fast-paced client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Define project scope, objectives, timeline, resource plan, and delivery approach in alignment with client and business goals.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including architects, consultants, offshore resources, and third-party vendors, to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client sponsors and senior leadership.
- Provide regular communication on project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Proactively manage scope changes and assess impacts to budget, schedule, resources, and contractual commitments.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, and margin performance.
